1. Who is responsible for your data
The Tutek Studio website is owned by SPEC Tomasz Antoniszyn, ul. Wejherowska 61/1, 54-239 Wrocław, Poland, Tax ID 8943177673, REGON 520636669, kontakt@tutekstudio.pl, +48 451 039 757. SPEC is responsible for data connected with the website, studio hire, bookings and analytics.
Information submitted through the full-production inquiry form is received by SPEC and Tutek Media Wojciech Januszewski, ul. Kołłątaja 11/12, unit 28, 50-006 Wrocław, Poland, Tax ID 8971819095, REGON 363619416, wojtek@tutekmedia.pl, +48 884 837 787.
SPEC may use the inquiry to analyse customer needs and develop the Tutek Studio offer. Tutek Media uses it to contact you, prepare a quote and deliver the production. Each company is responsible for the information within the scope in which it uses it.
2. What information we use
Depending on the service you choose, we may use:
- your full name,
- company name,
- email address,
- phone number,
- the content of your inquiry,
- information about your booking and selected services,
- information needed for payment and invoicing,
- basic technical information connected with your use of the website.
We do not ask you to provide sensitive categories of personal data. Please do not include them in forms or messages.
3. Why we use the information
We use information to handle inquiries, bookings and services, process payments, keep the website secure, analyse customer needs and protect against legal claims.
The legal basis for processing may be:
- steps requested before entering into a contract or performance of a contract,
- a legal obligation,
- the controller’s legitimate interests, such as handling contact, security, developing the offer and protecting legal claims,
- your consent in the case of analytics and marketing.
Providing information is voluntary, but without the information required in the form we will not be able to answer your inquiry or accept a booking.
4. Who may receive the information
Information may be used by providers of hosting, email, message delivery, website security, payments, accounting and IT support.
The form uses Resend and Cloudflare Turnstile. After you give consent, technical information may be processed by Google Analytics 4 or Meta Pixel.
Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, safeguards required by the GDPR are used.
5. How long we keep the information
Inquiries that do not result in a contract may be kept for up to 3 years from the last contact.
Information connected with completed services, payments and invoices is kept for the period required by law and until any relevant legal claims expire.
Technical information is kept only as long as needed to operate and secure the website.
6. Your rights
You may request:
- access to your information,
- correction or deletion,
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- the right to object,
- withdrawal of your consent.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was withdrawn.

The website uses essential cookies needed for its operation, forms, security and remembering your privacy settings.
Google Analytics 4 will run only after consent to analytics cookies. Meta Pixel will run only after consent to marketing cookies. Until these services are configured, they remain disabled.
